Education is a shared responsibility. While parents entrust the formal instruction of their wards to the school, the active collaboration and support of parents remain indispensable for a student's holistic success.
Parents are strongly exhorted to cooperate with the school to ensure the constructive upbringing of their wards.
Ensure your ward is regular and punctual in attendance.
Regularly check the school diary and the school app to stay updated on your ward’s progress and assignments. Ensure your ward is diligent with daily homework and lessons.
Insist on neatness and cleanliness in your ward’s school uniform and personal appearance.
In the event of any changes in residential address or contact numbers, parents must submit a formal application to the Principal immediately.
Parents are strongly urged to make every effort to attend all scheduled Parent-Teacher Meetings. Parental presence is invaluable for building a collaborative partnership in the student's education and ensuring alignment between home and school guidance.
PTMs are dedicated exclusively to discussing the student's academic and personal growth. Parents are requested to maintain a constructive, respectful, and cooperative dialogue with all faculty members.
Tentative dates for all Parent-Teacher Meetings are specified in the official school calendar/diary. Please note that these dates are subject to change if necessary; any updates or schedule revisions will be communicated to parents in advance via the school app.
Periodical reports and the official Report Card will keep parents informed of their ward’s academic growth.
All formal communication intended for the school should be addressed to the Principal.
The school diary is a primary bridge between home and school. Parents must check and sign the diary on the first day of every month with the note "Checked."
"While we encourage open communication, we request that all interactions with school staff remain respectful and professional."
"Parents are requested not to visit classrooms or interrupt teachers during teaching hours. Please report to the school reception/office first, where you will be guided accordingly."
"Please utilise only the official school app or designated communication channels for inquiries. Parents are requested to respect the personal time of staff and avoid contacting them on personal mobile numbers or personal social media accounts."
"Should any concern arise, please approach the Class Teacher first. If the matter remains unresolved, it may then be escalated to the Principal or Primary-in-charge through the proper administrative channels."
