Dear Students,
It is hereby notified that if you are unable to join the class, submission of the leave application with valid reason undersigned by a parent/ guardian is mandatory for all.
Make sure that you are present for all the classes conducted by the school. Your result may depend on your active response in the class.
If for any reason you are not able to attend the class, sent me a leave application. The link of the application is available in our website (www.bmskrishnagar.in). Please go to the website to check the links. Instead of sending the application in the WhatsApp No. (8902420518), please send the application through the link.

INSTRUCTIONS TO FILL UP THE LEAVE APPLICATION FORM
1. Click the link according to your class, it will direct you to the google form page.
2. Fill up all the data correctly, it is mandatory to upload the image of the application and the application should be properly signed by your parent/guardian.
3. If you want to add photocopy of any other document then you can add.
4. After filling up the application, click the submit button.
